Leigh phoned me after receiving my sos message. He face timed me and managed to talk me through releasing the child lock that had somehow got put on - no children so must have been my fault by mistake. Very helpful and would definitely use him again.
The washing machine in my tenants property had an error code, and Leigh suggested we trouble shoot first instead of wasting money on a call out, which was really honest of him. We couldn't clear it, so he came and repaired it and in my dealings with the situation remotely was just perfect. Very professional and honest as mentioned. Would definitely use again and highly recommend 👌
